Welcome to AeroLabsy.click, a platform specializing in Movement and lab-flow micro-models. These terms govern your access to services, information products and goods offered by AeroLabsy. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Services

AeroLabsy provides Movement and lab-flow micro-model services that involve interactive sessions, custom model configuration and technical support. Each service is outlined in the order confirmation.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

You may request a change or cancellation at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Approved changes will be subject to availability and may be moved to a new date at no extra charge. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session will not qualify for a refund due to preparation resources allocated.

Refunds for Services

If you cancel within the allowed window, AeroLabsy will issue a refund. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 14 business days following confirmation of your request. No refunds apply for on-demand or completed sessions. In cases where a service is defective or not as described, you must notify us within 7 days of completion to request a partial or full refund review.

Information Products

Information products include digital guides, online courses, video tutorials and software tools. Access is granted immediately after purchase.

Refunds for Information Products

Requests for refunds must be made within 30 days of purchase. To qualify, content must not have been downloaded or accessed beyond the preview materials. Once content is accessed fully, refunds will not be provided. Approved refunds will be returned via the original payment method within 10 business days after approval.

Goods

Physical items include micro-model kits, lab accessories and related merchandise.

Returns and Replacements

Defective or damaged items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us via contact form with your order details and photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement at no extra charge. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Non-defective items can be returned within 14 days in unopened condition. Return shipping costs for non-defective returns are the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds for non-defective returns will be issued once we confirm receipt of the item in its original condition.

General Refund and Rescheduling Process

To request any change, cancellation or refund, please use our contact form. Provide your order number, the service or product name and the reason for your request. All requests will be reviewed and you will receive a response within 3 business days.

No-Refund Services

Certain bespoke or highly specialized offerings, such as custom lab-flow designs that require materials or unique preparation, are marked as non-refundable at the time of order. These items involve non-recoverable costs and dedicated scheduling; as such, they are excluded from refund eligibility. The no-refund status will be clearly stated in the service description and order confirmation.

Changes to These Terms

AeroLabsy reserves the right to update these terms at any time in 2025. We will post revised terms on this page. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.
